Kickstarter 3

The Kickstarter program aims to inspire you to think and learn innovate ways to challenge the status quo. This program is ideal if you are unsure what direction you would like to take and want to use a couple of sessions to explore.

This program includes:

  • 3 sessions of 50 minutes each

  • Detailed recap, agreed actionable steps, and resources after each session

  • Weekly check-ins to help you stay on track

  • Session can be held indoors, online or outdoors.​

This program is ideal if you are prepared to commit to change and feel confident to continue independently after a few sessions.

Rediscover 12

The Rediscover program is a life-changing journey designed to help you live your most fulfilling life through self-discovery. As the most comprehensive program available, we will dive into your strengths, values, obstacles, and fears, allowing you to uncover your true, authentic self. I will equip you with the tools necessary to transform your life.

This program includes:

  • 12 sessions of 50 minutes each

  • Detailed recap, agreed actionable steps, and resources after each session

  • Weekly check-ins to help you stay on track

  • Downloadable resources

  • Session can be held indoors, online or outdoors whilst walking.

 

Select weekly or fortnightly sessions depending on your preferred schedule.

What to expect

Engaging with someone new can be a daunting experience. To reduce any fear you may have of reaching out, I have outlined what to expect below.

 

Initial contact made → Pre-session questionnaire sent and completed → Coaching agreement sign off → First session scheduled →

Session held face to face or online → Post session follow up email → Post session check in.

Initial contact made: You can reach out to me via email or socials to ask as many questions as you want before deciding to move to the next stage of completing a pre-session questionnaire. There is no obligation to commit until you have signed the Coaching Agreement. 

​

Pre- session questionnaire: Once you have made contact with me but prior to starting any sessions, I will send you a pre-session questionnaire. This questionnaire will get you thinking about what it is you want to achieve and what may be holding you back from achieving it. It will also ask you to confirm your level of commitment to achieving these goals, how you would like to be contacted prior and in-between sessions and whether you would like your coaching sessions to be face-to-face indoors or outdoors, or online.

Coaching agreement sign off: Once I have received your pre-session questionnaire, I will reach out to you to ask you to review and sign off on a coaching agreement. This coaching agreement outlines all the terms and conditions of the coaching relationship.

​

First session scheduled: When you have signed off on the coaching agreement, I will reach out to you again using your preferred method of communication (as advised in the pre-session questionnaire), to set up your first session.

​

First session held: This session will include a review of your questionnaire, goals and challenges. I will ask you insightful questions to get you thinking about possible ways forward that are right for you. I will work to understand your obstacles and guide you to come up with your own solutions and actions that will work for you. I will also be able to recommend relevant tools and resources.

​

Post session follow up: I will send you an email recapping some key takeaways, agreed actions and resources. Resources will also be provided in a shared Google Drive folder so you can access anytime.

​

Post session check in: I will check in with you to see how you are going with your agreed actions and be available to provide additional support if needed. This check in is entirely up to you and depends on how you want to be held accountable between sessions.
