Nature Connect Functional Training

Nature Connect offers fitness coaching in an outdoor setting where the natural environment serves to enhance the connection between mind and body. Trained by Veronica who has nearly two decades of experience personal training, is a mind body practitioner and who is someone deeply passionate about the nature wellbeing connection, this is not just any ordinary workout. By harnessing the benefits of the natural environment and the holistic knowledge of mind and body, these sessions seamlessly integrate physical movement with mental well-being, making them the perfect way to train your body. You can choose where you would like to exercise or leave it up to your coach to decide for you. Ideal for integrating into your existing workout program. Sessions run for 50 minutes.
